1956 Gibson ES-225T Hollowbody Electric Guitar
Overview: Well, what's cooler than this? It's natural, it's thin, it has the kickass old long-trapeze tail, and a single P90 in the "magic zone" that can get you just about any sound you want out of it as long as you're willing to move your hand placement. Did I mention it's also in natural? That's hard to find, folks, in condition like this. Anyhow, it's a lovely player, has that perfect old Gibson P90 sound (a little more relaxed and warm-but-clean than later ones), and will flit into most genres well depending on how you play it. It has enough acoustic volume to practice on or strum with your buddies quietly backstage, too.
Repairs included: I'd previously given this a level/dress of the frets and setup work. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: It's original throughout. There's mild weather-check to the finish, as per the usual, and very mild usewear. Overall it looks grand! The frets are on the low side (as to be expected from this era) and if this does not suit your taste, we are happy to refret it to your preferred spec. The bridge ran out of adjustment room with its thumbwheels so I have thin washers fit as risers in there instead to set the action. The original wheels are in the case pocket. I think it would be ideal to fit one of those modern, repro, compensated bridges on this guy if you were planning to use it for gigs, but it does intonate surprisingly-well with the original on here.
It comes with: It has a newer hard case.
