2003 Fender Japan Jazzmaster Electric Guitar
Overview: This fella is a pretty-stock Fender Japan Jazzmaster from '03 and in the fabulous Lake Placid Blue. The only non-stock features are the Mustang-style bridge and the pair of pickups which appear to be nicer, US-made JM pickups. I also swapped-out for a Switchcraft jack but the rest of the wiring harness was good to go. It's a pretty guitar, lightly-used, and in good order after minor repairs.
Repairs included: Ancel leveled and dressed the frets, reassembled it (it came to us needing to be put back together), and set it up. He added some ferrules for the bridge posts to keep them locked in place (this is a big upgrade for tuning stability) and then I finished-up the work by adding a missing ground for the tailpiece and fitting a Switchcraft jack to replace the sort-of junky original one. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: The bridge is a replacement. The pickups are (better) replacements. There are extra ferrules locking the bridge posts (yesssss). There's some dings and scratches in the finish here and there throughout but overall it looks nice. Strangely, the areas surrounding the "tabs" in the pickup covers on the pickguard are chewed-up a bit. It has straplocks fit.
It comes with: It has a gigbag.
