2007 Gibson BFG (Goldtop Refin) Les Paul Electric Guitar

Overview: This started-out as a Gibson "Barely Finished Guitar" (BFG) Les Paul. Someone stripped the top and sprayed it as a goldtop and it's been played and loved ever since. It's in good order, has a relic'd look about it, and plays and sounds like a champ. I really like the odd, girthy bridge sound mixed with the more retro-'50s neck sound. It's under 8 lbs, too, so not a backbreaker like a lot of Pauls.

Repairs included: I just gave it a quick setup. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: These guitars were meant to have a very thin finish and so show wear really fast and they were also a little relic-looking from the factory. The back, sides, and neck of this guitar are as-normal but the top is refinished gold and also shows weather-check and whatnot post-spray. I think the wiring may have been modified to standard Les Paul format as well.

It comes with: It has a nice hard case.
