2020s DW Performance Series 7-Piece Drum Kit w/2 Snares & Rail System
This is my friend Ron's pride and joy DW kit that he'd recently assembled for use with his local band, Legend. It's a full-and-then-some DW Performance Series kit in Cherry Stain and it's only been played a handful of times. Everything is in impeccable (and basically mint) shape save the heads, which are newer ones he put on in recent memory.
It's an expanded kit with 8", 10", 12", 13", 14", and 16" toms, a 22" kick, and both an 8x14" snare and 6.5x14" snare (you've got options). It has a whole Gibraltar rail system setup and comes with hi-hat stand, Zildjian hi-hats, and the three Zildjian cymbals you see mounted. It also comes with the DW 9000-series Air Lift tractor-seat throne.
In addition, every drum has nice, heavy-duty padded gigbags. There are three or four large, heavy-duty, molded equipment cases with roller-wheels (not shown, but with it) for use in stowing all of the mounting hardware. It has a cymbal case as well. There are two equipment boxes full of odds-and-ends fittings and replacement parts. There is a deeper/larger box full of all sorts of extra Gibraltar gear intended for the rail system -- extra cymbal mounts, chrome (vs aluminum) fittings for it, and whatnot. It goes on and on! There's also a whole stick bag filled with various sticks to use.
When you count all of this up at new prices, this gear runs in the neighborhood of $9500 or so.
Friend and drum tech Sascha (who also plays the kit in the video) set the whole kit up for us in the shop and it's ready to try out.
