1970 Silvertone 1227 (Harmony) 12-String 000-Size Acoustic Guitar
Overview: These Leadbelly-sounding 12-strings are popular with folk and country-blues players with their big old necks, wide string spacing, and up-front, snappy, cranky, woody tone. I get it! They're fun. A good number of these '70 Silvertone-branded versions of the H913 Harmony model have ply-birch tops but this one still uses solid wood throughout as far as I can tell. It also has a lot of eye-catching appeal with its batwing-style pickguard and bold, decal rosette.
Repairs included: I gave this one a neck reset and then Max leveled and dressed the frets and Jose recut the saddle slot, made a fully-compensated bone saddle for it, and set it all up. It's playing spot-on and ready to serve.

Condition notes: It's remarkably clean for one of this model and age. The back and sides show must of the wear, with various scratches and scuffs here and there. The top and neck just show some edge-rubbing from handling, more or less. It's completely original except for the saddle.
It comes with: Sorry, no case.
