1976 Fender Precision Bass Electric Bass Guitar (Modded)

How about this for a retro gigger? This is a local customer's bass and it's endearing in its quirky old Fender tropes -- active EMG pickups, an added J-style pickup at the bridge, and when it arrived it had a Badass bridge on it. It has a big-old, round, comfy tone that can get a little aggressive when you switch to bridge-only.

Max worked on this one -- he leveled and dressed the frets (which dealt with the usual Fender ramp-up at the extension) and then spent a little time suffering with the badly-rusted-out Badass bridge before we scrounged-around in our parts-bins for the simpler, also-used, bridge we have on it now.
