1997 O-01 Larrivee Parlor Guitar
We worked-on and sold another one of these last year and this one's just as nice -- a simple, no-frills, 0-size, 12-fret guitar that's got a clean and sweet sound about it. Larrivees are made well and hold-up well despite the abuse their owners put them through (and they seem to get a lot of abuse out there on the road).
This one was dried-out and cracked but went back together happily. Max cleated various cracks and then gave it a level/dress of the frets and setup work. It's now back to playing on-spec!
I tend to think of Larrivees from this era as "more traditional Taylors" in terms of sound, feel, and design style. That's a lazy way to describe them but I think it suits.
