2022 Eastman VB95VL 3/4 Hybrid Double Bass

This beautifully-built Eastman is a hybrid bass featuring a carved, solid spruce top over maple ply back and sides. It's got violin-style corners, an attractive medium-brown finish, and it handles excellently. It was in use for orchestral and school work until recently but the owner does not need it anymore, unfortunately. 

It's quite clean save for the odd scratch or scuff at the edges and back and is in excellent health overall. The setup is dialed-in and it arrived here playing quick and easy. The sound is full, warm, and rich and it sounds particularly good under a bow. It has nice control of each note without distracting woofiness or overtones.

These retail for a bundle in this version with the violin corners (vs. the gamba shape) and this one comes with a good gigbag and bow. It has adjuster wheels at the bridge for ease-of-use.
