2010s Seagull S6 Folk Coastline Cedar 000-Size Guitar

Overview: Seagulls have long been practical, affordable, rugged, and good-sounding instruments. While the dreadnought S6 model is the one I see most-often, it's these 00 to 000-size models that I'm most comfortable with. This one has a solid cedar top and shorter scale length and, as you might expect, has a sweet and warm sound with good definition to each note. The necks on these aren't too hefty front-to-back but they do have a wide nut and flattish board radius, so fingerpickers will certainly enjoy them but "rock and roll chorders" who thumb-over may have a harder time with the reach.

Repairs included: Max, as I recall, gave this one a good setup. It's playing spot-on and ready to serve.

Condition notes: It's overall fairly clean but it does have a few light dings/scratches on the lower-bout-top and a little larger dent/ding on the bass-side upper-bout near the fretboard extension. Cedar is so soft that I expect to see this kind of stuff all the time on these guitars. There's also pickwear scratches at the soundhole area. A lot of Seagulls are rubbed raw in this area when they're cedar-topped models so it's good to see one that was handled with care. It's all-original throughout.

It comes with: It has a good hard case.
