2000s Kentucky KM-140S A-Style Mandolin
Overview: I thought this Kentucky would be for sale but the owner took it home to give to a neighbor kid he knows. What a nice guy! Post-adjustments, it plays like a champ and is dang loud, with a powerful pop and snap. The label appears to read that it's a KM-1405, but I'm guessing that's really KM-140S -- which would place this around Y2K for dating purposes and considering its features.
Repairs included: I just gave this one a quick setup and minor adjustments. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.
