2020s Yamaha FG800J Jumbo Acoustic Guitar
Overview: It's fun to see what Yamaha keeps cooking-up at its factory. This guitar's shape and styling roots are in the '60s and '70s FG-180s and the like, though it has the advantage of a solid spruce top (vs ply), a faster neck, and better tuners. It sounds tip-top at its price point -- nice and full -- and, after some quick adjustments, turned into an excellent player.
Repairs included: I gave it a set of fresh strings and a setup. It's ready to go!
