1936 Kalamazoo (Gibson-made) KG-32 Archtop Guitar
Overview: This guy specs-out as a Kalamazoo KG-32, with its mahogany back and sides and extra fretboard and pickguard trim. It's a very spiffy example and, aside from finish weather-checking, is surprisingly-clean and original throughout. This one has a press-arched (like most Kalamazoos) rather than carved top, but because of the ingeniously-weird Kalamazoo-style bracing (thin solid top over massive braces), it has a good lower-mids response and good cut similar to its Gibson, carved-top brothers.
Repairs included: I gave this a neck reset, Molly leveled and dressed the frets, and Jose cleaned it up and set it up. It's playing bang-on and ready to go!
