1965 Harmony H1215T Archtop Tenor Guitar

Overview: I received this clean-as-heck old H1215T in trade. It only needed a little bit of sprucing-up to make it a spot-on player and I'm happy to report that it's already found a new home before I even managed to get this blog post up. These are not fancy instruments at all (they have painted "binding" and trim) but they are satisfying to play as, at tenor guitar pitch, the birch bodies give them a woody, sweet sound that's just punchy-enough to sit well with others.

Repairs included: Jose or Jacobi gave it a level/dress of the frets and setup work which also included swapping the bridge adjusters the normal way around (Harmony bridges usually function backwards from logic). It then got side dots, too. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: There's a strap button added at the heel and a filled pickup jack-hole at the endpin area. There are a few marks and scuffs and scratches here and there on the body but overall it's pretty clean for its age. The headstock has a little "blush" to the finish and a chip-out near the nut.

It comes with: It has a decent case.
