1980s Yamaha CJ-838S Jumbo Guitar
Overview: This is a rare-ish, pretty hip, late-'70s/early-'80s Yamaha model. It's roughly J-185-ish in shape and size and has Guild-like trim and a solid top. It sounds punchy, direct, somewhat aggressive, and has a pretty traditionally-shaped, Yamaha-style neck.
I'd done some work on it in recent memory so all it needed was a quick adjustment of the saddle and truss rod when it returned here.
Repairs included: I'd given it a neck reset, level/dress of the frets, and fit a new saddle a few months back. It's playing bang-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: The saddle is new but it's otherwise, apparently, original throughout. It's pretty clean overall but does show mild usewear here and there on the top (light scratches and scuffs) and the finish has some "moisture trap" in spots (haziness) and bigger/long scratches and scuffs on the sides.
It comes with: This has a good, older case.
