1967 Gibson LG-0 00-Size Acoustic Guitar

This is a local customer's old LG-0 and it was in the shop for some much-needed sprucing-up. As I recall, it got a neck reset (from me) and a bridge reglue, level/dress, new saddle, and setup job by Jose.

It's playing like a champ, now, and has that woody, simple, plainspoken thing that you want to hear out of an old, ladder-braced box like this. The adjustable saddle makes it easy to setup on the fly and it has a neat, worn-in look about it with the finish yellowed and off-color at the tortoise binding.

As far as I can tell, its completely original except for Jose's new rosewood saddle (with proper compensation).

That old Gibson LG-0 brought me right back to the night I finally got my hands on a similar beat-up parlor guitar and spent hours coaxing real tone out of it after a quick neck reset. Felt that same warm, woody punch every time I strummed. Hunting for simple country-style picks, straps, and home gig extras led me straight to checking real experiences at country store catalog , where folks share the honest wins and headaches before you click buy. Saved me from a couple dud orders and helped me focus on playing instead of regretting stuff. Now my setup feels complete, and the music flows easier.
