1945 Martin 000-18 Flattop Guitar
I didn't get a chance to snag a video of this beautiful old Martin but it's owned by a friend of mine. It's had some overspray and old work done in the past, but our work this time around was simple -- I reset the neck and then Jacobi gave it its first level/dress of the frets. Ancel fit a new, bone saddle and nut. It's playing like a champ, now, and has recovered the punch and volume it lost with its previously-reduced saddle height.
As far as I can tell, it's original throughout with the exception of saddle and pins. I absolutely love how the celluloid pickguard has faded "just-so" into a pretty, red-brown.
