1954 Gibson BR-9 Lap Steel Electric Guitar
Overview: I love BR-9s! They can flit between twangy country and ripping blues easy-peasy, look killer in their two-tone, '50s styling, and still retain the cool, open-book Gibson headstock shape. This one is all-original and that means it has its original wiring harness and adjustable-poles P90. Yip!
Repairs included: I reseated the pickup so it was closer to the strings, slightly reseated the cover/control plate, dialed-in the polepieces for even volume, restring, and lightly-adjusted nut and saddle to clean up the open string sound. It's ready to go.
- Weight: 4 lbs 8 oz

- Bridge string spacing: 2 1/4"
- Width: 8"

Condition notes: This is about as squeaky-clean as it gets! It's original and barely played. I suspect the tuner buttons of maybe being replaced as they're not shrunk, but considering the state of the rest of the instrument they may be correct.
It comes with: It has its original hard case, though the handle is broken and it's a bit dilapidated.
