1958 Gibson LG-0 00-Size Guitar
This ladder-braced, mahogany-top, LG-0 is from the first year of production and retains the cool, rectangular bridge from the LG-1/LG-2/LG-3 models of the same time. It's built just a little nicer than latter-era versions of the same and has a folksy, relaxed feel. The neck is pretty-much "home-base Gibson perfect" in cut.
As you might expect, it only lasted some hours out on the shop floor after it was fixed-up -- it was here for such a short time I only managed to get these few snaps of it.
Work included a neck reset, level/dress of the frets, saddle adjustments, and setup.
