1995 Epiphone PR 350-12 12-String Dreadnought Guitar

Overview: This is about as "average" as you can get for an older, import 12-string save that it has nicer inlay and trim than standard-fare for the time. Post-repairs, it's playing nicely and has a good, chimey sound that should record easily.

Repairs included: A while back I shaved the bridge, recut the saddle, and added string ramps for the previous owner of this guitar. Recently I bought it myself and fixed a little fretboard separation around frets 1-2 and then gave it a mild cleaning and setup again. It's playing nicely and ready to go.

Condition notes: There is a plugged endpin jack hole (1/2)") that now has a strap button fit in its place. The sealed tuners are nice to have over junky 6-on-a-plate cheapies. The bridge is shaved about 1/16" or so compared to where it was originally. The saddle actually has decent-enough height for action adjustments later-on. There are small scuffs, scratches, and usewear throughout.

It comes with: Sorry, no case.
