1998 Ibanez (Japan) RG450 Shredder Electric Guitar

Overview: This is a one-owner guitar and it's been kept in great shape. It got played a whole bunch but it wasn't mucked-about at all. I'm usually also not a fan of "wizard" necks as they're quite thin and flat, but this one's a lot more comfortable for me for some reason or another and the guitar has a nice balance in the lap. It's also silver. Who doesn't like silver?

This is obviously a "shredder" guitar in an HSH configuration and with a 5-way switch. It's got the Floyd Rose trem. It's got the black hardware. It's got the pointy headstock. It's made in Japan. Are we happy, yet?!

Repairs included: I had to replace one of the two bridge posts with one of a different type as the original bass-side one had seized up. After that, I went through a whole cleaning, restring and arduous setup ritual. Floyd-equipped guitars can be a real pain but this one is dialed-in and ready to roll.

Condition notes: There's a little usewear here and there in the finish but it's mostly confined to a few nicks at the edges near the endpin area. It's overall quite clean. The frets had so little wear I didn't need to level and dress them as I'd normally do.

It comes with: It's got a good case.
