2010 Gibson Custom Shop ES-330 (Modded) Hollowbody Electric Guitar

Overview: Judging by the case style and serialization, it seems like this is a 2010 ES-330 Custom Shop model. It may be a little later than that, but I get quite confused with the CS dating systems over there and I'm pretty sure if it was a 2020 model it would have CS in front of the serial on the authentication document.

Anyhow, this is a great guitar -- light and comfy and easy to play -- and someone has swapped the P90s for humbuckers (with an uncovered neck pickup) so it handles like an ES-330 but sounds a lot more like an ES-175 with twin pickups when it's jacked-in. I like!

It's been kept very well and is pretty dang tidy. There are extraneous pickup mounting screwholes on either side of the pickup rings but it's otherwise in good order. The neck is quick and easy and it has a friendly feel about it. One can't overrate the nice cut of Gibson's 16" archtop body outline. It's a classic.

Repairs included: I gave it a light cleaning and setup. Apologies for the sanding dust in the photos near the nut -- I forgot to blast that off! It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: It's fairly clean overall but it does have replacement pickups (humbuckers) and so the old P90 dogear rout has been expanded and there are 2 extraneous screwholes at each pickup's left and right side on the top.

It comes with: It has its original, brown, Gibson CS hard case.
