2010s Eastman AC312 000-Size Guitar

Overview: Eastman's AC312 is a dang good guitar for the money. It's 000-size, has good punch and volume, and has a nice, quick feel in the left hand -- comparable to modern Martins of similar spec. This one has its fair share of scratches and scuffs here and there but is otherwise in good order. It's roughly comparable to a 000-18 in sound and retains that model's shorter 24 7/8" scale length as well (a lot of 000-18 copycats these days are 25 1/2" scale which is more of an OM sort-of thing).

Repairs included: Jacobi and Jose gave this a bridge reglue, level/dress of the frets, and setup work between them. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.
