2021 Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster Custom Modded Electric Guitar

Overview: I first met this guitar in 2023 (and it had already been modded a bit with a different bridge pickup). Since then, it's had two other owners and now it has both a 5-way switch (normal controls, series, and something else) and yet another different bridge pickup -- though this one is much more trad Tele in sound than the first go around. The bridge has been upgraded to a G&L-style 6-saddle one, too, which is sort-of a late-'60s Tele-style unit.

Aside from that -- what is it? Well, it's got a retro-flavored neck on a bound, Leprechaun Metallic Green-finished ("Candy Apple Green"), bound, Tele Custom body. Who can argue with these looks?

Repairs included: I set it up previously and set it up again, now. It's playing spot-on and ready to go

  • Weight: 7 lbs 15 oz
  • Scale length: 25 1/2"

  • Board radius: 7 1/4"
  • Depth at first fret: 0.81"
  • Depth at seventh fret: 0.82"
  • Body width: 12 3/4"
  • Body depth: 1 3/4"
  • Body wood: unsure
  • Bridge: traditional-style, 6-saddle G&L bridge
  • Fretboard: rosewood or similar
  • Neck wood: maple
  • Pickups: 1x original neck single coil, 1x replacement bridge single coil
  • Action height at 12th fret: 1/16” overall (fast, spot-on)
  • String gauges: 46w-10
  • Truss rod: adjustable
  • Neck relief: straight
  • Fret style: medium-narrower

Condition notes: The bridge pickup and bridge itself are swapped. It has a 5-way control in place of the 3-way. There's only the very lightest wear to the frets so a level/dress job was not needed. There's a little bit of usewear on the body in mild rubbing/scritchy-scratch stuff but overall it's pretty dang clean.

It comes with: Sorry, no case.
