1993 Fender Japan Jazzmaster Electric Guitar
Overview: The serialization on this places it at 1993 or 1994. This is a completely-stock (save for an added 3-string-tree), Fender Japan Jazzmaster and it started-out life as a Lake Placid Blue, matching-headstock instrument. Its finish has since yellowed a lot in the clearcoat and now it's more of an emerald green to deep teal metallic color. It looks awesome and the nicks and dings to the edges of the body just add to the flavor.
The sound is even and clear, the neck is quick and very retro, and it's in good health.
Repairs included: Sarah leveled and dressed the frets and gave it a restring and setup. I dialed-in the bridge with some added ferrules that lock it in place (like a Mastery), resoldered a few points that were cold in the wiring harness, and cleaned it up a bit. It's playing bang-on and ready to serve.

Condition notes: There are chip-outs and dings in the finish at the sides and also the back. There are light to medium scratches and scuffs throughout the body and there are a few nicks at the headstock's edges. It appears completely original except for the 3-string-tree I added to help tame some overtones on the G-string at the headstock. I also added ferrules that lock the bridge in position (removable) at the bridge cups (though this improves tuning stability a ton). The pickguard has one hairline crack near the upper control switch (bass side) and one near the lower one, same side.
It comes with: It has its (presumably) original hard case (blue lining) as well.
