2018 Squier Bronco Electric Bass Guitar

Overview: Squier's "Bronco" bass is a play on the "Mustang" bass terminology and it's essentially a Musicmaster Bass but with a different-style  pickguard shape. They're actually quite decent instruments and I've always liked them, if not a little 2-dimensional in sound. They definitely need a good setup and going-through to play and sound their best. I took this one in trade and I think it would make pretty-much anyone happy if they were looking for a bare-bones, easy-peasy short scale.

Repairs included: I just gave it a good setup -- cleaned it up a bit, twisted the saddles on the two-saddle format so that they could actually be put "in the right place" for good intonation, and set it up. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

  • Body wood: basswood?
  • Bridge: 2-saddle adjustable
  • Fretboard: maple
  • Neck wood: maple
  • Pickups: 1x single coil (like a Mustang/Duo-Sonic guitar pickup)
  • Action height at 12th fret: 3/32" bass to 1/16" treble (fast, spot-on)
  • String gauges: 100w-45w or similar
  • Truss rod: adjustable
  • Neck relief: straight
  • Fret style: medium-wider

Condition notes: It's pretty clean but does have scuffs and scratches along the edges/back here and there. It's all-original throughout.

It comes with: Sorry, no case.
