2023 Squier Classic Vibe '60s Telecaster Custom Electric Guitar

Overview: This is a stock Squier Classic Vibe '60s Telecaster Custom -- meaning a Tele with vintage-ish pickups, a 3-saddle bridge, and binding. It looks pretty slick! I've dialed it all in, too, and it's a good player with, as you'd expect, a classic, vintage-style, Tele sound.

The caveat with this one is that something happened to it (dryness? ...a bump at the endpin?) and the body opened-up along the center seam near the endpin/lower bout area. I filled that in with wedges and then, before putting the endpin back in (as I was worried about tension from it forcing the seam open again), I added a "football" plate that supports the area and locks it in position so that won't happen in the future. Weird, right?

Anyhow, it's good to go, now, and a great, cost-effective way to get into a gigger's, bound-top, Tele.

Repairs included: I repaired the damaged center seam area and then gave it a cleaning and setup. It's playing spot-on and ready to serve.
