2000s Gibson '58 Reissue (CS?) Les Paul Electric Guitar

I'm not sure exactly what this guy is, but I'm thinking it's a '90s or early '00s Gibson 1958 Custom Shop reissue Les Paul. It's a good-quality one, for what it's worth!

It was in for a level/dress of the frets (thanks, Ancel), a replacement jack plate (swapped it to a chrome one so it won't break again), cleaning, and setup work.
