2022 Fender Mexico Limited Edition Tex-Mex Stratocaster Electric Guitar

Overview: This Fender Mexico Strat is stock but has a "Special Edition" label on the back of the headstock. It's also got Texas Special pickups. This identifies it as a "Limited Edition Tex-Mex Strat" and the Sonic Blue finish and nicely-matched mint green pickguard confirm that.

Other than that, it's a pretty typical "Mexican Standard" Strat but with a 2-point whammy and vintage saddles. It sounds the biz, feels good in the hands, and has classic good looks to boot. The Tex-Mex pickups are remarkably vintagey-sounding but a little more aggressive and "do the thing" in positions 3 and 4 on the switch.

Repairs included: I gave it a quick setup and cleaning. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: The frets show the tiniest wear but it wasn't enough to need a level/dress job (which we do for pretty much everything that comes in). It has very light signs of use (light scuffs/scratches) here and there in the body but is overall quite clean and looks more "shopworn" than anything.

It comes with: It has a funkier old hard case.
