2012 Squier Telecaster Custom Modded Electric Guitar

Local buddy Ethan brought this in for some mods. It started-out as some sort of celebrity-endorsed Squier Tele model. He gave me a blank pickguard, Jazzmaster whammy, and lipstick pickup and said... have at it! He also requested I paint a raven at the headstock as someone had gracelessly sanded-off the Squier branding, anyhow. Yessssss!

I removed the old saddles, fit a TOM bridge, routed and fit the whammy, cut the pickguard for the pickup, and fit a fresh wiring harness to boot. It's pretty-much a perfect surfy, garage-rock-snazzy guitar. It's a mashup of all sorts of good, retro-inspired things.
