2013 Alvarez AP70 Parlor Acoustic Guitar

Overview: These AP70 models are getting older, now. This one's a 2013 and it has a good, clean, easy sound to it and a compact form factor with a comfy neck profile. I think it definitely suits fingerpicking a lot better than flatpicking but it's no slouch for the latter, too. It's currently got fairly light strings on it (11s) but we had a stablemate AP66 in here at the same time with 12s on it and that certainly livened-up the sound.

Repairs included: Jacobi repaired a couple of hairline cracks on the top (extending from the bridge to endpin area) and then gave it a good setup. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: It has two repaired dryness hairline cracks on the top (pictured, but hard to see). It's otherwise fairly clean and in good order. The saddle has good height left and the frets are lightly-worn but in good shape (not enough wear to level/dress and we level/dress almost everything that arrives here).
