1970s Harmony (Teisco) 2-Pickup Electric Guitar

Overview: This is a simple, Teisco/Kawai-made electric guitar. It has Harmony branding because it must be a mid-to-late '70s model after the proper Harmony Chicago factory shut down. This same deisgn (and its relatives the 802 model and "Teisco Tulip") was built straight from the mid-'60s through into the very late '70s before copycat Fenders and Gibsons became the norm from the import market.

This particular guitar has excellent-sounding, hottish single-coil pickups and a Gibson-scale, comfy neck. It's lightweight and would make a great garage-rock plank.

Repairs included: Previously, I'd ground-in compensation to the bridge for the owner and set it up -- maybe 12 years ago? This time around I got it in trade and I had Jacobi give it a level/dress of the frets, new strings, side dots, and cleaning work. It's playing bang-on and ready to serve.
