1964 Gibson B-25-12 00-Size 12-String Guitar
Overview: More Gibson 12-strings! This is the slightly-earlier version of the popular B-25-12 model and it has a tieblock-style bridge with an adjustable saddle setup. Compared to the tailpiece versions of this guitar, this version is a little more traditional-sounding and warmer, though it still has a woody, chunky snap to it that's engaging, folksy, and retro. It's definitely not in the shiny, Guild-like, sparkling western vistas category of 12-string!
Per the usual, it's 00-sized ("the perfect size") and has a hefty, bigger-medium-C neck shape that might not be to everyone's taste. Someone has also swapped the original Kluson tuners out for a complete set of older sealed Grovers. That makes the headstock heavier but boy does it make tuning easier...
Repairs included: I gave this one a neck reset. Jose reglued the bridge, leveled and dressed the frets, recut the saddle for full compensation, cleaned it up, and set it up. He may have done a little bit more but that's the main stuff. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: The tuners are newer and the pearl dots in the bridge are likely newer. It's otherwise original throughout. There's weather-checking throughout the finish and small scuffs, nicks, scratches, and dings here and there as well but, for the most part, it looks tip-top for its age.
It comes with: This guy has an older hard case as I recall.
