1965 Gibson B-25-12 00-Size 12-String Guitar
I worked on this a bit ago (bridge compensation and mild setup work) and it came back in the shop recently but it sold so quickly that I wasn't able to get stats for it for the blog. Jake Too gave this a level/dress of the frets, restring, and some further setup work this time around, though.
It's a typical B-25-12, though this is one of the ones with the tailpiece load and belly-up (vs. thin rectangular and tailpiece or big and "tie block") bridge shapes. It's a nice look and both Jose and I love the sound of this particular version because it's a bit more "Leadbelly" and a little less "folksy."
I supplied the new owner with an old, '80s soundhole pickup to fit into it now and then so that he can get his "Marc Ribot Plays Cuban Tunes" on if he so desires (one of my favorite applications for this model, by the way).
