2016 Alvarez AP70E Parlor Guitar
Overview: We've had a few of these AP70E parlors (and similar models) through the shop recently. I traded for this guy and it's in good order and has the comfy feel and good sound that I remember from the others. It's got a solid top, is roughly 0-size, and this one features a full preamp and pickup dealie so you can plug right in at a gig.
Repairs included: It was playing OK when it arrived but it did need a glorified setup and a replacement pickguard. These didn't come with pickguards as far as I know but the one stuck on there (similar shape to what's on it now) was peeling-up a bit and placed incorrectly. I made this new one in roughly the same shape as the one that was on it so that the "shadow" of the old guard would not show. It's now playing spot-on and is ready to serve.

Condition notes: There's very little wear to show and it's quite clean. There may be light scuffing/scratching here or there but I'm not noticing it. The pickguard is new. It has a tiny hole drilled at the heel cap that must have had a strap button in it at some point. I'm guessing, thus, that the strap button at the heel was added.
It comes with: It's got a gigbag.
